Primax January 2025 Revenue of NT$4.24 billion, up 6% MoM

Primax Electronics Ltd. (TWSE: 4915) today announced its consolidated revenue for January was NT$4.24 billion, up 6% month-over-month (MoM).

Primax’s January sales revenue increased MoM driven by PC rush orders and reviving AIoT customers’ orders, despite fewer working days due to the Chinese New Year holidays. The launch of Deepseek will accelerate AI extension from cloud to edge devices and deliver high performance at a lower cost. Riding on fast-growing AI applications, the PC upgrade cycle will be stimulated, thus creating growth opportunities for Primax’s PC peripheral segment.

Primax focuses on its core competence in X-IN-1 Sensory Fusion technology, expanding multi-sensor applications and driving the adoption of Edge AI in audiovisual technology, including public safety, AIoT (B2B) visual solutions, AI video conferencing, and automotive products. Furthermore, Primax actively expands into niche markets such as industrial vision and acoustic inspection. Primax will continue to invest in innovative AIoT applications, and new product investments over the past few years are expected to inject new growth drivers. Meanwhile, the company will continue to capitalize on group synergies to enhance its expertise in integrating vision, acoustics, and interface technologies, further strengthening its market competitiveness.
