Jack Pan serves as Chairman and CEO of Primax Electronics, and is a visionary leader who has always regarded innovation and people as the company’s most essential values.
With over three decades of experience at the Primax Group, Jack has held key leadership positions, including long-time General Manager of Primax’s Business Division. His comprehensive background spans product marketing, R&D, system solutions, and operation management.
Under his leadership, Jack has effectively aligned the Group’s resources, playing a central role in orchestrating strategic growth and advancing the company’s mission of people-centric, sustainable development. He spearheaded the adoption of a forward-looking strategy: technology led, market driven, and service mindset — a framework that has successfully differentiated Primax in the global market.
Jack is also committed to cultivating a people-first culture and a sustainable workplace. His leadership has led Primax to be recognized as one of Asia’s Best Employers, and to be featured in the S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook 2025, where the company was also honored with the "Top Improver" award — a testament to the Group’s commitment to both business excellence and social responsibility.
Ampere Pan
Vice Chairman
Ampere Pan serves as the Vice Chairman of Primax, and is the driving force behind Primax’s technological advancement. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Chung Yuan Christian University and brings over 37 years of experience across industry, R&D, and management.
He has led the integration of group resources to deepen technology development and achieve continuous breakthroughs in key areas. With deep expertise in vision technology, human-machine interfaces, and AI applications, Ampere champions the belief that “Technology Drives the Future.”
He has led Primax’s transformation from a traditional product design and manufacturing company into a system integration and intelligent solution provider, pioneering sensory fusion and AI-driven development.
Beyond his technical leadership, Ampere actively fosters internal and external collaboration across the innovation ecosystem — laying a strong foundation for Primax’s long-term development and global competitiveness.
YY Hsiao
CFO
YY Hsiao serves as Chief Financial Officer at Primax. With deep financial expertise and solid corporate management experience, he is dedicated to building a transparent and efficient financial framework that supports sustainable business growth.
YY emphasizes fiscal practices and risk management, while driving capital efficiency and resource optimization to strengthen the company’s resilience in an ever-changing market environment.
Under his leadership, Primax continues to enhance financial performance and operational stability in a rapidly evolving business environment. He holds an EMBA from Swiss Business School and previously served as CFO at Taiwan Cement and Ritek.
Vicky Hsueh

Vicky Hsueh has long focused on organizational development and talent strategy, committed to fostering an inclusive, growth-oriented, and cohesive culture. She believes that a company’s sustainability is rooted in the continuous growth of its people.
Under her leadership, the HR team actively drives talent development, employee care, and leadership growth—creating a workplace where every Primax employee can thrive, improve, and contribute meaningfully to the company’s future in innovation.
She previously served as Global Head of HR for Group A, Mobile Division at Foxconn Technology Group, and is the author of The Flavor of HR. Her team has been recognized with the “HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia” award for four consecutive years.
Simon Hwang
Group General Counsel
Simon Hwang is a rare expert in the consumer electronics industry with comprehensive expertise in both intellectual property and legal affairs, backed by over 30 years of hands-on corporate management experience. Throughout his tenure at Primax, he has played a key role in multiple major M&A transactions and has led numerous IP transactions and litigation cases, effectively mitigating operational risks.
Additionally, he has guided the legal and IP teams in continuously enhancing management frameworks and actively implementing innovative management systems to ensure the group’s sustained competitive edge in this field. He currently serves as the Group General Counsel while concurrently holding the position of General Counsel at Primax.
