Primax Interview Process
Primax treats all candidates with integrity and respect. If your resume matches the job requirements and your application is selected, you’ll be invited to your first interview at Primax. You may be asked to complete a personnel questionnaire before your first interview. The interview process will vary depending on the job you’re applying for, as well as the region. The first interview typically takes place on-site where we discuss your educational and professional experience, as well as your motivation for applying. If you’re invited to continue with the interview process, we focus on your drivers, your ambitions and how you match with the Primax during the second interview.
