ESG Office
- Planning and oversight of the quality system
- Assisting the business and advisory units with the promotion and execution of CSR projects that serve as the Company's response to economic, environmental and social topics.
- Learning from the best practices of domestic and overseas benchmark enterprises to provide recommendations and advice on their implementation to strengthen the relevant units as well as Company sustainability and competitiveness.
Legal and Intellectual Property Department
IP and legal affairs.
Operation Audit
Carry out reviews and audits of the internal control system. Report to the Board and managerial officers, and measure business efficiency on a regular basis. Provide recommendations for improvement where appropriate to ensure the efficacy of internal controls and improve organizational performance.
Corporate Marketing
- Providing market and industry insights to guide company strategy.
- Developing brand positioning and communication to strengthen corporate identity.
- Planning and executing corporate-level communication strategies.
- Guide business units with strategic marketing direction and cross-BU initiatives.
Digital Transformation Office
- Translate business priorities into a clear digital execution roadmap.
- Build platforms that improve productivity and customer value.
- Strengthen data governance to enable reliable, enterprise-wide insights.
- Accelerate AI and automation to enhance operational efficiency.
- Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure digital investments deliver ROI.
Business Unit
- R&D: Research, design, and development of new products. The evaluation, analysis and preparation of new product plans. The transfer of technologies and documents for the production of new products.
- Sales & Marketing: Product planning, marketing, and market development. Sales enablement and customer engagement.
- Project Management: Cross-functional coordination to ensure on-time and on-quality execution. Integration of customer requirements, engineering, and manufacturing resources. Monitoring project progress and facilitating issue resolution.

In charge of the research, design, and development of forward-looking core technologies in each product area.
