Primax February 2025 Revenue of NT$5.12 billion, up 59% YoY

Primax Electronics Ltd. (TWSE: 4915) today announced its consolidated revenue for February amounted to NT$5.12 billion, up 59% year-over-year (YoY) and 21% month-over-month (MoM), reaching a record high for the same period. For January through February, Primax’s cumulative consolidated revenue reached NT$9.36 billion, up 8% YoY.

Primax actively expands into high-value-added products, optimizing its product portfolio. As a result, gross margin grew year over year, and it would continue to improve further this year. Primax’s February sales revenue reported strong YoY and MoM growth, driven by PC customer pulled in orders in response to potential Trump tariff impact, coupled with increased AIoT shipments and demand recovery for professional audio products.

As Edge AI accelerates AI adoption and diversified applications, Primax focuses on its core competence in X-IN-1 Sensory Fusion technology, integrating vision, acoustic, and interface technologies to expand Edge AI applications across diverse sectors, including public safety, AI surveillance, AI video conferencing and automotive products, while new projects shall gradually increase revenue contribution in the coming quarters. Primax is committed to high dividend policy. To provide reasonable return for shareholders, Primax board proposed cash dividend of NT$4.2 per share with dividend payout ratio of 75% for 2024. Both cash dividend and dividend payout set the record high of the company.
